Our Policy

We have the right to cancel a reservation and deny entry to any party arriving noticeably intoxicated.

No outside food and/or drinks allowed.

If a party is caught consuming outside food or drinks, items will be confiscated and not returned. Your party may be asked to leave and will have to pay for the duration of your reservation.

Any water bottles will be kept in the kitchen. Water will be provided for your party. If previously approved by staff, cupcakes for birthdays may be permitted; however, cake is not allowed.

Decorations are welcome as long as there is no damage to equipment or fixtures. A 15% cleaning fee will be added to the bill.

Reservations are held for 15 minutes past the reserved arrival time unless confirmed with the Galaxy Karaoke team. After 15 minutes, your reservation will be revoked, and Galaxy Karaoke has the right to take other reservations and/or refuse your arrival.

Room fee is to be paid upon entry.

If a group reduces their duration upon check-in, a charge of half an hour will be added as a penalty. In cases where rooms are booked for larger parties but participants fail to show up, Galaxy Karaoke will still charge for the number of people the reservation was made for, but will provide a 20% rate reduction.

Note: Changes to reservations may be made up to 6 hours before the expected arrival time.

No vaping or smoking on the premises.

Sing your little heart out and have fun!
